House Removals

A house move with us starts with a survey of your home, so we can see the access, the volume and anything that needs dismantling. You get a fixed price in writing, a crew sized to the job, and furniture protection, dismantling and reassembly as standard. Commercial Moves

Office moves are planned around your working hours, with out-of-hours slots available so the business keeps running. There are three packages:

  • CrissCross Business Classic: free packing materials and a professional moving team
  • CrissCross Business Deluxe: everything in Classic, plus furniture dismantling and reassembly and furniture covers
  • CrissCross Business Premier: everything in Deluxe, plus full packing, unpacking and box removal

Long Distance Removals

We run long-distance moves from Northern Ireland to England, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland, and back the other way. Moves to Great Britain include the ferry crossing in one fixed price. Moves to the Republic go by road. Moving into the Republic from Great Britain is the only route with a customs boundary, and we guide you through it. Clearances

A clearance removes what you don't want to keep, so a property is ready for sale, handover or new tenants. It's also worth doing before a downsizing move, because you only pay to move what you're keeping. It can be booked on its own or alongside a removal. See our house clearance service.

Storage Solutions

Our storage uses self-contained wooden containers, each 7.5 feet tall, 7 feet deep and 5 feet wide, and you pay only for the space you use. The facility is monitored by CCTV around the clock and fully alarmed, and collection and return are included, so there's no van to hire. We store for homes, businesses, students and moves in transit, for a few weeks or several months. See our storage service.

Packing Service

Our team packs the day before your move, room by room, with quality boxes, wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap and packing paper, and labels every box for its room at the new address. You can book a full pack, or a partial pack covering just the kitchen, the fragile items or the rooms you haven't got to. See our packing service.

I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. The whole process was fantastic, from video call to see all the stuff needing moved, to the guys turning up a day before to pack the house.
All the guys were a good laugh and also very respectful of our house and possessions.

Cannot recommend more highly. From query to quote and booking, Rebecca was incredibly responsive and helpful. On the day, Spencer, Stuart, Graeme and the team were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, full of chat and great with the two kids and one very unhelpful dog.

Most people need a house or office removal, plus one or two extras. If you're short on time, add packing. If your dates don't line up, add storage. If you're downsizing, a clearance first means you only move what you're keeping. Tell us your situation at survey and we'll recommend the right mix.

Yes, and it's usually simpler. One survey covers everything, you get one fixed price in writing, and if you're using storage your belongings go straight from our vehicle into a container, so nothing is handled twice.

You pay only for the space you use. Our self-contained containers are 7.5 feet tall, 7 feet deep and 5 feet wide, and collection and return are included, so you don't need to hire a van. We confirm the price at survey once we know how much you're storing.

Business Classic gives you a professional team and free packing materials. Business Deluxe adds furniture dismantling, reassembly and furniture covers. Business Premier adds full packing, unpacking and taking the boxes away afterwards. Choose by how much of the work you want us to take on.

Not necessarily. A partial pack covers just what you'd rather hand over, such as the kitchen, fragile items or the rooms you haven't reached. It's a good middle ground if you're packing the easy rooms yourself.

When you're selling or handing back a property, downsizing, or clearing a home after someone has moved into care. Clearing before a move is worth it because you only pay to move what you're keeping.

At the survey. We look at how much is going, access at both addresses, the distance, and which services you're booking, then confirm one price in writing. It doesn't change on the day as long as the job matches what we surveyed. Our guide to removal pricing explains each factor.
