Every type of home moves differently, so the survey shapes the plan:
A few things make moving day go faster:
Packing. Our team can pack the whole house or just the parts you’d rather not do, such as the kitchen or fragile items, using quality boxes and wrapping. See packing done for you.
Storage. We use self-contained wooden containers, 7.5 feet tall, 7 feet deep and 5 feet wide, and you pay only for the space you use. Collection and return are included, and the facility is monitored by CCTV and fully alarmed. See storage between properties.
Clearance. Downsizing or selling? We can clear the things you’re not taking before or alongside your move, so you only pay to move what you’re keeping.
Booking these together means one survey, one fixed price, and no double handling.
Your belongings should be covered by goods-in-transit insurance while they’re being moved. That’s different from public liability insurance, which covers damage or injury to other people and property, not your belongings.
We confirm what’s covered in writing before you book. If you have high-value items, such as antiques or artwork, tell us at survey so we can confirm cover for them.
